Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery & Assembly – UAE
We offer free delivery for orders above AED 2,000 within Sharjah and Dubai. For orders below
this amount, a standard delivery fee of AED 100 applies.
Other delivery charges:
- Ajman: AED 100
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain: AED 200
After payment is received, our after-sales team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule
delivery. Please inform us in advance of any delivery restrictions (e.g., building access, lift
availability).
We do not collect or dispose of old furniture.
We do not install wall-mounted items or handle electrical fittings.
Assembly for applicable items (e.g., bed frames) is included in the delivery service.
Exchange Policy – UAE
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied upon delivery, we offer a one-time exchange or a credit note for the full item value, valid for 12 months from the purchase date
Exchange terms:
Return and re-delivery within Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai: AED 100.
Other Emirates: Charges quoted separately based on delivery and packing
Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products on promotion or clearance are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
No refunds are offered under any circumstance.
Delivery & Exchange – Oman
Delivery to Oman is available; packing, customs, and transport costs are quoted separately.
- Items shipped to Oman are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect items in person before purchase.
- Pinky Furniture does not provide offloading staff and is not liable for damage during unloading in the GCC.

- All items are handmade from solid wood and finished with antique-style distressing to emphasize character and uniqueness.
- Variations such as cracks, spacing, or texture inconsistencies are intentional design features.
- Products are for indoor use only unless otherwise specified.
- Surface care: Avoid water or chemical cleaners; use beeswax or teak oil regularly.
- Pinky Furniture is not liable for damage resulting from wear, misuse, or improper care.
